Everything you need to know about au99's rewards program
Many online gaming platforms offer rewards programs, but they're often so complicated that most members never fully benefit from them. au99's rewards program is built on a simple principle — play, earn points, claim rewards. No hidden conditions, no confusing calculations.
Every bet earns you points, and as your points grow, so does your VIP tier. From Bronze all the way up to Royal Elite, the difference in benefits across the five tiers is significant. Bronze members receive 5% weekly cashback, while Royal Elite members get 25% — with no cap. For high-stakes players, that gap can add up to lakhs of BDT in a single month.
How does the points system actually work?
Say you place a ৳1,000 bet on a cricket match — you'll earn 100 points (10 points per ৳100 wagered). Whether you win or lose, your points stay the same, because points are calculated on the total amount bet, not the outcome. This matters because it means the more regularly you play, the more your points keep growing.
Sports Betting and Live Casino give you the most points on au99. slots earn comparatively fewer — but during nightly bonus offers, points accumulate at double the rate. Keeping track of what you're playing and when can make a real difference in how fast you build up points.
Once you reach a VIP level, does it stay permanently?
Au99 VIP levels are reviewed once every three months. If you don't maintain the required points during that period, you may drop one level. Diamond and Royal Elite members follow different rules — their reviews are less strict. See full terms Terms & Conditionsavailable.
Most active members have no trouble maintaining their VIP level, since regular play keeps points accumulating. If activity slows down for a while, you can also use existing points from the point shop to hold your level.
Is redeeming rewards from the Reward Shop a hassle?
Not at all. Log in to au99, check your point balance at the top right, and click the "Reward Shop" button. You'll see all available rewards based on your current points. Simply choose a reward and click "Redeem" — it's that easy. Bonus cash is credited instantly, and free spins arrive within 5 minutes.
Joining au99's rewards program is completely free and automatic for all registered members — no separate sign-up needed. As soon as you open an account, you start at the Bronze tier. For players who plan to stick around, this program adds real, lasting value.
